At Oak City Beard Company, we stand behind the quality of our grooming and fragrance products. We care about your experience and want to hear from you if something about your order is not right.

Our Product Quality Promise

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order details and photos if available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Finding Your Scent

Fragrance preferences are personal. We encourage trying samples before selecting full-size scents. If a scent is not for you, let us know. Unused, unopened products in their original packaging may be eligible for return when requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used items are not eligible for preference-based returns, but we may consider a one-time goodwill store credit at our discretion. Goodwill credit is not guaranteed.
