Most orders are shipped "USPS Ground" and will arrive in 2–14 days to the entire US, but they may take longer depending on the USPS.
 

U.S. shipping
Orders $50 and over ship free within the contiguous United States.


Orders under $50 have shipping calculated at checkout.

CA, OR, WA, and U.S. territories
Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once a package is shipped. 


Refunds
We offer full refunds (excluding shipping charges) for unused/unopened product, per customer, per year, once the product is received and approved. Given the nature of our handcrafted products, no refunds will be given for used or opened products. However, a store credit will be given if the product is used or opened. We strongly recommend purchasing samples to see what scents works for you.
