2.2. Prices for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time and to correct errors that may inadvertently occur.
3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
3.1. Oak City Beard Company accepts voluntary return requests for unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 calendar days of delivery.
3.2. Opened or used grooming and fragrance products cannot be returned solely for a change of mind or scent preference because of hygiene and product-safety considerations. A one-time goodwill store credit for a scent-preference concern may be offered at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
3.3. Samples are final sale for changes of mind and scent preferences. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products, including samples, are handled separately and any applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
3.4. Return shipping for a voluntary change-of-mind return is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable. Oak City Beard Company covers the appropriate shipping and return costs when we shipped an incorrect or defective item or when otherwise required by law.

4. ORDER CONCERNS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

4.2. You may exercise your rights to initiate a payment dispute with your payment provider. We encourage customers to contact us first when practical, but this is not a condition of exercising chargeback or statutory rights.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
5.1. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery estimates vary by destination and carrier. We provide tracking when available and will communicate material shipping delays and applicable cancellation or refund options as required by law.
5.2. Customers should provide complete and accurate shipping information and notify us promptly of any errors. If an incorrect address affects delivery, we will review the circumstances and carrier options to determine what assistance or remedy is appropriate.
5.3. If your order is missing, including when tracking shows it as delivered, please contact us promptly. We will review the tracking history, delivery information, and available carrier evidence and determine a reasonable resolution. A delivered scan does not automatically disqualify a claim.
